“We need To construct a Very Tall pole type structure (say several miles), with a slight perpendicular protrusion at the top. A Very Long rope (say height of pole minus 20 ft or
so.) is tied/attached to said protrusion. Attached to the other end of said rope is CZG's severed head. When the next shuttle is launched we attach the head to the shuttle and the crew pops it off as they begin to enter space. Thus CZG's head would form a tremendous pendulum warning off all who would troll the ZSB. Every so often we could reset it so it keeps swinging.”-1
