Am I insane, trying to put together THREE books AND three new Misfits at the same time? Most definitely! This was a ridiculous load of work but at least I crossed the finish line on my hands and knees while there were still a reasonable amount of time before Christmas. I think.

Weirder Stuff #1 and #2 are also available in Premium Color. What the heck does that mean? Well...
Lulu now offers color printing in two formats: Standard Color and Premium Color. They warned me against using Standard Color for "anythng with a lot of color," like a comic book, yet they would not show me any examples of what they were talking about. I couldn't Google an example either, partly because Google is worthless now and partly because I guess no one has actually done a solid comparison online. But there was one immediately apparent difference: a Standard Color version of my book would cost $19.95 and a Premium Color would cost $34.95. Yup.
I ordered two copies of Weirder Stuff #1, one in Standard Color and one in Premium Color. This is what the Standard Color version looked like:

And this is what the Premium Color version looked like:

As you can see, the Premium Color has richer colors and blacker inks..and that's about it. The resolution and print quality is the same otherwise. If you ask me, Standard Color is perfectly fine.
I made Premium Color versions of these books mainly for myself. But if you're a color snob, or you just love me that much (but I actually get a smaller profit margin from this version), you can order the Premium Color versions too.

There is not a Premium Color version of The Island Of Misfit Christmas Specials because screenshots of standard definition TV shows on VHS don't need enhancement.
