FAVORITE PERSON OF 2006: Admiral Viscen, Duel AV WINS AGAIN!!!! And somehow, Duel pulled out a tie at the last minute. Way to go Duel, you finally won a PCA award that wasn't basically an insult that all of the ZSB decided to get in on. You rascal, you. LEAST FAVORITE PERSON OF 2006: Wacky No surprises here. The vote was actually really close, but again, a last minute vote pushed Wacky over the top. Check the results below to see just how close it really was. We're talking REALLY close. SMARTEST PERSON OF 2006: HoT, Scientist PG I'm starting to see why Mars retired some categories when he used to run this thing. Some of the categories ALWAYS GET THE SAME VOTES. Though somehow I managed two votes this time around, and shockingly enough, neither vote came from me. Wheeeeeee. FAVORITE COUNTRY OF 2006: United States of Mac By a frickin' landslide, too. Next PCA... JJtopia will win!!! (or not) BEST BLOG OF 2006: None! Or rather, a 57 way tie! Well, technically, my blog would have won it if I actually had a blog, but I decided to count Bender's vote as generic like everyone else's. I would have felt bad beating out people who actually had blogs, too. FAVORITE NEW POSTER OF 2006: None This wasn't a million way tie this time, but rather more people actually voted for "None" or some variant than anything else. I thought fanboymaster was going to win this one before I even started counting the votes, but I was wrong. CREEPIEST POSTER OF 2006: Juggling Joker Jerks. I'm hardly even creepy at all! FAVORITE ZSB TOPIC OF 2006: Grand Polas Tournament of Everything Voting was spread on this one as I imagined it would be, but I was shocked that so many people zoned in on this one. Polas always does something 100% with his topics though, so I guess this isn't too shocking. BEST CURRENT EVENT OF 2006: Wii release The ZSB is cultured. BEST CONSOLE OF 2006: Wii The results of the last category pretty much made this one a shoe-in. Honorable mentions go to the 360 and DS (even though that's really not a console, but why quibble?), but no one could stop the Wii powerhouse... despite a complete lack of good games. Oh well.
