I wanted Ash from Pokemon on there... But Sapphire, there's not much history on that. www.geocities.com/zeldasocial It barely mentions some of the RPGs. It was a pity, too. I really liked the premise behind RN, and I looked forward to being able to play as the tyrant, waging constant war with the rebels. Maybe I really screwed up with putting up that blockade, but I figured if they wanted to play badly enough, then certainly they'd figure out inventive ways around all my restrictions. Oh well, I still say RN is the best RPG that never was, topping even my own OoTRPG. --- And we're not psychiatrists, so cut us some slack. We're *******s, and we do it quite well.-AV {εί} |

I still like the idea of an RPG revolving around Celt as a dominating military power. That kinda was 3.0 for a little while.... And RN technically did happen.... albeit for, say, two weeks before fizzling out. Alas. My final verdict on the project [as it was my baby, after all] was that it would work well only if a very proper equilibrium was struck whereas the Terms were oppressive enough to get people to rebel, but not so oppressive that they had no means of rebellion. In retrospect, perhaps it would have been better to take away rights not important to the character as much as ones enjoyed/expected by the OOC player [examples escape me at the moment]. --- {Board 548} What is there left to say?{εί} |
