| They gave the rabbit some Trix several years ago when I was real young. | I remember in a Got Milk commerical when they had a normal guy purchased a box of Trix, come home, and unzipped his costume to reveal himself to be the animated rabbit. | I kinda feel bad for the poor Rabbit. He's been trying to fool grade school children all his life, and has always failed. When he was a police man, he failed. When he was a sports broadcaster, he failed. When he was a back street boy, he failed! The dang kids should just give him some for the effort. And then we look around.... Toucan Sam gets all the cereal he wants. Tony the Tiger gives his cereal away. And that Leprechaun...I don't know why he gives the kids cereal if he hates them so much. | about some 6-7-8 years ago they introduced the lime green cereal peice, and held a bike race in the commercial, with first prize being a box of trix. | it was a mail in. I remember vividly, on the back of the box there was this cut-out voting ballot, with a big [YES] and [NO], with check boxes. Me and my friend did it because we both felt so bad for that rabbit. It was a like, 4-part commercial. There was this race thing, and the prize was a bowl of trix. He won the race, but, since he was a rabbit, "Only you can help!". the last commercial of course being "and the ballots are in... YES! He gets Trix!", The dude just wanted some cereal. Just some cereal. | Really... If it's for kids, then why is it that all of his disguises work? In the yogurt commercial he's dressed like some old guy (The game show one, he has glasses, a gray mustache and a hat), and in others he clearly looks like an adult. If it's "for kids" then those disguises would not have worked... ...In other words, it's a conspiracy against rabbits! Think about it! Every other cartoon animal\mythological race gets whatever cereal they want! | My best friend and I were talking about this subject Saturday. After watching a Tony the Tiger commercial, we were making a joke about his line "Put it in your mouth", and joking that the voice will probably be cut for several parodies. Then we got on the conversation of cereal mascots themselves. I said that I felt sorry for the Trix Rabbit at this point, since even when I was a kid, he never actually succeeded in getting his cereal. My friend says that the Trix should just give up, or get the kids somehow. Then the subject shifts to Cap'n Crunch, and how he's gone insane lately for now driving his ship into buildings themselves. We wondered where in the hell the Cookie Crunch cop and robbers were.. "You know. I'm not sure about Lucky's little pedo-tales with the children.." "That's true. You think the kids or their parents would have caught on by now." "Yeah. What about Count Chocula?" "Count Chocula is sane man, the kids come to him. He's minding his own buisness, and kids come bugging him for some damn cereal in the middle of the night. Hell, he's probably a daytime vampire, and the kids still come bugging him." Ah..
